My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was picturesque and nice, especially in the holy place of Katra. The dining was decent but not exceptional. However, I had a terrible time with the room temperature control and access issues. The staff showed potential but needed more training in kindness and service etiquette.

I had a terrible time with the room as it would shut intermittently every 45 minutes despite multiple calls for assistance. The room temperature was a complete NO-NO, which added to the discomfort during my stay. On the bright side, the service was really helpful and I appreciated the friendly staff, especially the one who made great recommendations and accommodated my dietary restrictions without my permission.
